Craniosacral Therapy Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a type of body work that uses gentle touch along the sacrum, spine and head to help release tension deep in the body. BCST treats the body as a whole and is a client-led practice. Emma will attune to your body to support it in processing patterns, emotions and memories that are "stuck" and help bring you back into balance and well-being.
Holistic Nutrition Holistic nutrition is the use of everyday nutrition and eating habits to improve one’s health. It is based in the interrelationship between the mind, body, spirit as well as one's environment and community. Based on lifestyle, food diary and body systems assessments, Emma provides personalized health plans, meal plans, and nutritional advice to support clients' health goals. She works with clients who are experiencing digestive issues, fatigue or illness or going vegan, gluten-free or dairy-free. Emma provides practical, effective support to bring clients' bodies back into balance through nutrition and lifestyle changes.
ThetaHealing® ThetaHealing® is a technique used to clear limiting beliefs that are affecting you physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually. Using a combination of meditation and dialogue, we will work together to pinpoint core beliefs that are hampering your well-being. We will replace them with healthy beliefs that will help improve and make lasting changes to your overall health and life.
